Walk &Talk

Fresh air, sunlight and company are all proven to be good for our mental health and well being, so join us for a gentle stroll every Wednesday evening through the summer - probably ending in a pub!

Routes will vary and we might have to cancel or replan depending on the weather. Please check with Adele for details. Friends, family and well behaved dogs are very welcome to join us too. No charge. Please ensure you wear suitable, weather appropriate clothing.
