Half an hour of pure Strength and toning work. This class can act as an add on to the following class at 7.15pm to give extra flexibility to your timetable. You can come at 6.45 and do your strength work first, then stay for the cardio of Dance Mixx and leave after that, for an earlier start and finish time. Or stay for 90 minutes and do both classes - or just the Strength as a stand alone format.
